If the PD does not include the value of its clubs, and do not listen to the base, returning to the old centralized approach, we risk self-destruction

I've been writing for about twenty years, from '58 to '78, at a party, the Socialist, the first in Lombardia and then to Rome, and I spent the season of the sections, provincial federations and currents.
